FAQ

HOW AND WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?

Usually, it takes 3 -7 business days to fulfill an order before shipping. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

● USA: 3–4 business days

● Canada & UK: 7–14 business days

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?

Yes, we currently also ship to Canada. Most countries will be added soon.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to fulfill all orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier. Akogan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDER

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at enquiry@akogan.com within 2 weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

RETURNS

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at enquiry@akogan.com

REFUNDS

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours at enquiry@akogan.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment processors (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We do not store your payment information.
